Who is your facilitator, Cheryl Prokopanko? Cheryl is a Manitoba teacher who has worked for the Manitoba Department of Education (MECY) since 1982. She has led a series of technology-related projects including 'Computer Awareness K-9', 'Educational Courseware Evaluation K-12', Curriculum Multimedia Integration (senior years)', 'Interdisciplinary Middle Years Multimedia', and 'Literacy with ICT Across the Curriculum'. Currently, Cheryl is Coordinator of the Learning Support and Technology Unit for MECY. Cheryl has taught students from K-12, as well as pre-service teacher candidates at the University of Manitoba, University of Winnipeg, and Brandon University. She specializes in facilitating professional learning sessions for teachers and school leaders.
